Amazon Investigating Image And Video Package Monitoring
Amazon has patented a package monitoring system that integrates video and image surveillance during the handling process. As customer’s items are prepared and delivered, images and video clips would be passed along to the customer’s email address; the goal is to provide more accurate accountability for any errors made between ordering and delivery.
