
An iPad-Controlled, Self Driving Car

Earlier this week, Google introduced their very impressive robot car. It is now turn for Germany’s Freie University to flaunt their invention; a modified Volkswagen Passat that is controlled with an iPad. This autonomous taxi is equipped with GPS, radars, scanners and other systems to help it stay on track; the iPad user simply uses a special app to input the coordinates and car itself drives to the user’s destination.
