Kodak’s New Film Meant For Scanning Only
Kodak is launching a new range of film exclusively for scanning called the Portra 400. The film, which the company claims as the best they have ever made, is an extremely fine grain high-speed color negative version with a low contrast that enables scanners to capture a wide range of tones and deliver outstanding color saturation in a variety of lighting conditions.
Porta 400 was created to both cater to the resurgence of film use amongst photographers, and due to the fact that most film is scanned at some point these days.
