Mast Brothers At Work

In a fairly short period of time, the premium chocolate made by the Mast Brothers has become very popular. Joshua David Stein from Eater.com recently visited their workshop to see how the brothers made their bars. It’s interesting to note how they had to create their own machinery to be able to produce at a small scale (2,000 bars a day).
