Photovoltaic Paving Tiles
Onyx Solar, a leading manufacturer of photovoltaic glass for buildings, recently collaborated with Butech to develop photovoltaic paving stones that can generate energy using the sun’s light. Made from ceramic and glass, this PV pavement system can support furniture and people over its surface and will be able to power homes and buildings. The photovoltaic paving stones should be commercially available by end of this year.
