The Curvaceous Amada Bench
This intriguing object is actually a piece of furniture which was designed by noted wood artist Matthias Pliessnig. The ‘Amada’ is a large white oak bench which was steam-bent to get a curvaceous form. The bench has been designed in a way that allows the sitter to face multiple directions.
