Airport Steakhouse (Pic)
When landing at Newark Liberty airport recently, I snapped these photos of a new restaurant in the building. Everyone knows that the food served in the sit-down restaurants at airports is just as bad as the food sold in the fast-food outlets and cafe franchises found there too – so maybe this is a reaction: a branch of the NYC steak restaurant called Gallagher’s with dry-aging cuts shown off in the window to passer-bys….
