Michelle Soulliere at Broken City Lab has devised a commendable project to inject life back into the “dead” areas of Windsor, Ontario.
Retroreflective cardboard letters will bring messages of hope and inspiration to abandoned and rundown sections of the city, in the hope of generating conversation and creative thinking.
